**Student Trainee Operational Risk** (all genders)**:
As a Junior Student Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and support the team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the bank.

**Your tasks**:

- As Student Trainee within Group Operational Risk Management, you assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across various departments of the bank
- You conduct research and analysis on operational risk management practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- You support in the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
- You help in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
- You collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data related to operational risks, incidents, and losses
- You participate in risk assessments and control testing activities to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigating measures

**Your Profile**:

- You assist in the coordination of operational risk events, meetings, and workshops
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and information
- Excellent command on English both in spoken and in written, German is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of operational risk management concepts and principles is a plus, but not required
