**Das Customer Profitability Management (CPM)-Team ist verantwortlich für das Management und die Entwicklung innovativer Systemlösungen, und liefert wertvolle geschäftliche Erkenntnisse über unsere Kunden und die Rentabilität aller globalen Red Bull Organisationen.**

In dieser Rolle identifizieren und implementieren Sie Systemverbesserungen, steigern die Datenqualität und erhöhen die Prozesseffizienz. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Implementierung unserer CPM-Tools in Tochtergesellschaften weltweit und stellen sicher, dass die richtigen Prozesse für die Analyse der Kundenrentabilität vorhanden sind. Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für lokale Key-User und unterstützen diese bei Tool-Fragen sowie Systemproblemen.

**ENTWICKLUNGEN, VERBESSERUNGEN UND IMPLEMENTIERUNG UNSERER CPM-TOOLS**

Als Project Manager Finance Systems sind Sie für verschiedene Projekte zuständig. Sie identifizieren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufgrund der aktuellen Geschäfts
- und Benutzeranforderungen und definieren neue Wege um die Berichtsfunktionen und Benutzererfahrungen zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus beteiligen Sie sich an der Umstellung unserer Systeme auf S4/Hana sowie an der Entwicklung neuer Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Die Implementierung von CPM-Tools in Red Bull-Tochtergesellschaften weltweit sowie die Schulung und Unterstützung für relevante Benutzer fällt auch in Ihren Aufgabenbereich. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Sie komplexe technische Lösungen verstehen und eine allgemeine technische Affinität haben.

**BUSINESS PARTNER FÜR LOKALE MÄRKTE UND HEADQUARTER**

In dieser Role fungieren Sie als Partner für Tochterunternehmen bei der Etablierung und Ausschöpfung des Potenzials unserer CPM-Tools mit dem Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse. Sie arbeiten mit Teams aus den Bereichen Sales, IT, Supply Chain und Operations zusammen, um eine enge Abstimmung über die kurz
- und langfristigen Strategie aufrechtzuerhalten.

**SYSTEMUNTERSTÜTZUNG UND QUALITÄT**

Sie sind die globale Ansprechperson für CPM-Tools und für alle Key User bei prozess
- oder systembezogenen Problemen und Fragen. Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass das System ordnungsgemäß funktioniert und identifizieren Optimierungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des CPM Systems. Weiters sind sie damit beauftragt an Initiativen zu arbeiten welche die Daten
- und Prozess Qualität in den Red Bull Niederlassungen erhöhen sollen.

**TRAINING UND SCHULUNG**

Eine weitere Aufgabe ist die Konzeption und Erstellung von Schulungen und Workshops sowie die Vorbereitung von den dazugehörigen Materialen und Dokumentationen. Sie halten Vorort
- und Onlineschulungen für die System Users unserer Tochtergesellschaften, um eine ordnungsgemäße Systemhandhabung sicherzustellen und die Verbindung zu Key Usern zu stärken.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling/Projektmanagement

Abschluss in Business Administration oder Finance

Fließend in Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus

Hohe IT-Kompetenz und technisch versiert, Vertrautheit mit ERP-Systemen oder einem beliebigen integrierten Business-Analyse-Tool von Vorteil (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI oder Essbase, Hyperion usw.)

Verständnis für komplexe technische Lösungen und generelle technische Affinität

Erfahrung in der FMCG-Branche und/oder Schwerpunkt Vertriebscontrolling von

Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu verstehen, Risiken zu erkennen und Lösungen zu finden

Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und der Erstellung von Reporting-Lösungen von Vorteil

Ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer mit starken Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.229 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
