System Tester - Railway interlocking (f/m/x)

As a System Tester at Thales you are responsible for testing our interlocking solution for the railway domain. Together with a team of 4 people you are testing the functionality through its paces. The complexity of the system and the railway knowledge needed in this role makes it challenging and also a position for professional development. Your CHALLENGE- System testing of a complex, safety critical railway system- Creation and execution of test cases based on the customer requirements- Documentation of the whole testing process (test plan, test case specification, test report)- Automation of manual tests to improve efficiency and reliability- Communication of bugs to the developers and finding solutions- Maintenance of our test environment (HW/SW, installation, configuration)

Your PROFILE- Completed education (HTL, FH, University) preferably in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Railway Engineering or similar- ~ 3 years of experience in system testing of complex solutions- Experience with Linux- Experience in working with Jira and version (revision) control system- Knowledge of test automation and automation tools- ISTQB certification is highly beneficial- Very good German skills, good English skills- Accurate and reliable working style

We OFFER- The salary for this position ranges from € 53.000 to € 63.000 gross p.a.
