Internal Auditor

University degree in Business Administration / Finance/Controlling or alternatively degree in Law, Engineering, Computer Science or other studies with solid knowledge and interest in financial processes

**You're passionate about processes, analytical thinking and finance topics and you're interested in conducting audit assignments in the Red Bull Group and at Red Bull business partners in Austria and worldwide?**:
Within this role you'll support management in monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and assuring and improving corporate governance and the internal control system. As an internal auditor you'll provide guidance and assurance on financial accuracy and reliability, adequate internal controls, risk management, and governance through independent audit and advisory activities. The team examines and advises on operating practices, risk management processes and compliance with applicable directives and regulations in the Red Bull organisation.

**WORLDWIDE ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES**:
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for executing audit assignments around the world, together with other audit team members. You'll do research and analysis, conduct interviews with the departments to be audited and evaluate existing processes and procedures. You'll then be responsible for the documentation and communication of the results and provide recommendations for future improvements in the Red Bull organisation worldwide.

**BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP**:
With your accumulated knowledge, you will provide and share best practice solutions to Red Bull organisations. You'll also review status of recommendations and identified improvement potentials during follow-up activities. Furthermore, you'll review and improve the internal control system and corporate governance standards of the organisation.

**SPECIAL PROJECTS**:
As an internal auditor, you'll participate together with other team members in special assignments, consulting activities, ad-hoc investigations and fraud audits.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in Business Administration / Finance/Controlling or alternatively degree in Law, Engineering, Computer Science or other studies with solid knowledge and interest in financial processes
- Open-minded and curious graduate / young professional with first work experience (internship or student assistant position) within the finance/audit area
- Empathic personality with emotional intelligence, critical thinking, curiosity, and professional scepticism
- Strong communication skills, including oral communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach and affinity for numbers
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
- Result-oriented and hands-on professional, driven by excellence
- Flexibility and passion for international travelling
