As Global Initiatives Trainee you’ll support the Global Brand Marketing team in selected operational and project related tasks and lead several projects on your own. You’ll work on new product launches across the globe from start to end which provides the opportunity to give wiiings to ideas in this area.

**OVERALL TOPICS**

In this role you’ll support the Global Initiative Team in driving business through implementation of the ideal portfolio in all markets. You’ll support new Red Bull launches as well as other Red Bull portfolio topics for selected markets. You’ll provide support in the day-to-day Initiatives work within the cross-functional team (i.e. new design, new product launches, packshots, etc.). Furthermore, you’ll run requests through all process stages required.

**LAUNCH OF RED BULL EDITIONS**

You’ll get the chance to drive awareness and attraction for new Red Bull variants, by creating innovative, effective tools (e.g. Opinion leader kits) for product launches.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

You’ll obtain a clear understanding of the product launch process within Red Bull and steer the development and optimization of internal tools needed to ensure a stellar project execution, working with multiple stakeholders.

**PACKSHOTS & LABEL CREATION**

In this exciting role, you’ll support on our Red Bull Packshot library & Label Tool. You’ll be in the driver seat briefing our agency on Packshot & artwork requests for all countries around the globe ensuring flawless assets & products in the markets.

**PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS AND MARKET TRENDS**

You’ll support on global portfolio analyses and assortment overviews. Another area of the job is monitoring consumer & market trends. You’ll assist with global assortment analyses and update global assortment overviews as the basis for business decisions.

First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
