In this exciting roll you´ll be the expert within surface coating development for our whole product range and have the unique opportunity to set up new projects. Are you ready for this challenge?**

As of now, we’re looking for an intern in our Innovation & Technology Team for a period of 6 months.

**IN A NUTSHELL**

You´ll transfer your current academic knowledge in fields as e.g., innovation management, process management, portfolio management to Red Bull Operations environment.

**SUPPORT**

You´ll support the development of the ideation process based on the requirements of the team and Identify, evaluate (or develop) idea management tools. You´ll assist in planning and organizing of meetings and workshops and support technical and organizational project tasks in the production & technology area.

**TECHNOLOGY SCOUTING**

You´ll actively engage with market trends and emerging technologies standards to support if an evaluation is completed for new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Innovation Management, Mechatronic Engineering/Automation or similar.

Fluent in English (C1/C2).

Willingness take on first responsibilities.

Excellent MS Office and project management skills.

Knowledge of research and development processes.

Self-driven, communicative team player with an analytical mind-set.

Currently enrolled as Master student with first professional experience with possibility to pursue a master thesis.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1,930 gross per month.
