Internship Loan Agency Officer

Loan Agency acts as hub between borrowers and lenders throughout the life time of a syndicated loan or similar structured transactions with several lenders / finance parties involved.

**Your Tasks**:

- Support senior loan officer during the process of closing & execution through successful implementation to post-closing activities of syndicated loans
- Cooperate with corporates, project and structured finance teams and other internal stakeholder as well as external legal counsel on a deal by deal basis
- Accompany different transaction stages from initial documentations phase to closing and manage loan utilizations, handling special situations and/or repayments/refinancings
- Monitor & distribute periodic information undertakings based on legal and other requirements

**Your Background**:

- Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Corporate Banking and Finance
- Possess strong analytical skills and work in a cooperative and team-oriented way as well as enjoy to work in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadline, have a “can do” attitude and be a fast learner
- Possess very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and German
