We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager for our team (fulltime) based in Vienna (1070).

**Product Manager (all genders)**
located in Austria, remote work possible

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our raicoon AOC software. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your analytical skills enable you to deliver innovative and practical solutions. You excel at effectively communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including product, technology, and commercial teams, consistently conveying a message of digital innovation and sustainable execution.

**What you will be doing**:

- Take ownership of a dedicated part of the product roadmap, focusing on key areas such as admin capabilities, user analytics, data visualization, and configuration capabilities of the raicoon AOC product
- After a dive deep into our users' needs and gaining a thorough understanding of our customers you will drive an upcoming new product stream centered around data utilization
- Drive the development of new and innovative core product capabilities, keeping scalability and user satisfaction in mind
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value
- Contribute to defining the product roadmap and long-term product strategy as part of a larger team
- Guide technology teams in executing the product roadmap using your technical and product delivery expertise within an agile framework
- Provide comprehensive documentation for commercial teams to utilize in marketing materials
- Analyse and prioritize valuable customer feedback, transforming it into actionable product enhancements
- Establish yourself as a recognized expert within the company, driving knowledge sharing both internally and with customers

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Proven track record in tech product development or a similar field with a technical background, either through a technical university degree or relevant work experience
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
- Strong customer mindset with the ability to engage directly and transparently with customers to deliver a positive experience and understand the true problems faced by users and team members
- Understanding of data in complex systems and expertise in leveraging data to derive significant value
- Proactive, structured, and analytical approach to work
- Openness to innovative ideas and the ability to generate innovative solutions
- Impact-driven personality with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality
- Eagerness to learn and a strong enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with peers
- Fluent in English (company language is English)

**It is a plus if you have experience with**:

- Knowledge of the UML and BPMN 2.0 standards, enabling the free modelling of processes
- Familiarity with API development
- Knowledge in SQL
- Experience in the solar energy industry
- Familiarity with Business Analytics tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau

Minimum salary EUR 51,000. gross/year with readiness for overpayment, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
