**Life as a Social Creative Strategist Lead**:
Are you passionate about leveraging social media to drive impactful brand strategies? Are you really into the world of sports and live for football, Formula 1 and totally understand those social media fan bases?

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives across various social media platforms, from conceptualisation to execution. If you have a keen eye for trends, a knack for creative content development, and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic social media initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and content strategy.
- You’re update on the sports industry when it comes to creative advertising and digital trends, especially football and F1.
- Generate innovative concepts, ideas, and directives for engaging social media content that aligns with current trends.
- Act as the primary client liaison for strategic and creative discussions related to brand social media.
- Create visually compelling decks that effectively communicate key themes and ideas.
- Generate ideas and concepts for executing brand campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across social media platforms.
- Proficiently develop TikTok content from concept to launch plans.
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate the latest strategic tactics into brand social media channels.
- Conduct research on tools and trends to optimize social media performance.
- Plan and manage workload effectively to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee team activities and provide hands-on support during peak periods.
- Prior experience in overseeing brand social channels, conceptualising creative ideas, executing content production, and managing clients and projects.
- Serve as a backup and collaborative partner during team members' absences.
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach in your work.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital agency or brand management roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Fluent in German with excellent proficiency in English.
