**Responsibilities**:
Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities, supporting the employees throughout their full employee-lifecycle.
Responsibilities include a multitude of activities, such as:
- Engage in employer branding initiatives
- Organization of onboarding and welcome day
- Counseling with employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary
- Management of contracts (handling of entries and exits, changes, certificates)
- Maintenance of the monthly HR update and organizational chart
- Administration of personnel data
- Maintenance of the time recording system
- Coordination with authorities
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred
- Solid written/oral communication skills in English and German
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Well versed with the Austrian labor law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong passion for working with people
