**Your mission**:
**Your Contribution**
- Preparing detailed project proposals and project implementation plans including scheduling key project milestones, workstreams & activities;
- Support the development of the public sector pipeline including building and managing client relationships;
- Coordinating and overseeing project activities and budgets based on requirements;
- Providing regular reports on project status to internal and external stakeholders;
- Identifying new opportunities for collaboration with international partners and clients;
- Streamlining internal processes and structure, including communication and reporting on project progress;
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction;
- Assist in content writing in close cooperation with our marketing team to ensure awareness of WDL products (e.g. blog posts on topics related to your projects);
- Preparing meeting summaries, reports, and briefs for meetings and events as needed.
**Your profile**:
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of project management and project coordination;
- Strong strategic planning skills to synthesize and turn ideas and concepts into concrete projects and activities;
- Strong organizational skills to synthesize and turn ideas and concepts into concrete project work;
- Enhanced analytical capacity and ability to conduct research and analysis;
- Demonstrated time management skills to monitor and evaluate project activities;
- Professional capacity of the English language, written and spoken;
- Command of German and/or French is desired, but not a requirement;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with international clients and partners and draft detailed concept notes and project proposals;
- Excellent experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work effectively in a team to promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to create unique tools that drive change.
