Der/die **Physical Security Expert:in** entwickelt und erstellt Standards, Abläufe und andere Vorgaben für die physische Sicherheit. Dies inkludiert die Sicherheit von Werken sowie den sich darin befindlichen Assets.
Der Experte unterstützt die lokalen Organisationen bei der Umsetzung und schult die Verantwortlichen im Themenbereich.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Definition und Entwicklung von Security Management Standards
- Training und Unterstützung lokaler Einheiten bei der Umsetzung
- Durchführung von Assessments und Unterstützung bei Audits im Expertisen Bereich

**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Hohe Motivationsfähigkeit, starke Persönlichkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Beratungsfähigkeit, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, sorgfältig, einsatzbereit sowie hohe interkulturelle Fähigkeit.
- Verteiltes Arbeiten und Reisebereitschaft.
- Erfahrung in Führung virtueller Teams
- Hohe Kunden
- und Zielorientierung, Flexibilität, Begeisterung und Belastbarkeit
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Security Management in Theorie und Praxis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
