As Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits, you’ll lead a team of C&B experts, leading and participating in different Compensation & Benefits projects and communicating our C&B philosophy globally to our stakeholders.
**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**
In this exciting role, you’ll manage a team of C&B experts who have a regional responsibility and/or responsibility for business areas in terms of global compensation cycles (salary surveys submission, budgeting, compensation planning process), job evaluations, C&B reporting. In addition, you’ll participate and deliver local and global projects in C&B.
**GLOBAL C&B PROCESSES AND COMPENSATION STRUCTURE**
You’ll ensure that the delivery of major compensation & benefits processes is outstanding by identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems whilst assisting in their implementation globally. You’ll coordinate global annual salary reviews and bonus planning processes. Consulting globally within compensation questions and exception management. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for senior management compensation processes and making sure they are following our global C&B philosophy. You’ll manage and maintain our globally implemented compensation structure (global jobs, levelling/banding) by properly running processes of job evaluation, job pricing & compensation benchmarking.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO**
You’ll manage global compensation & benefits projects, steer the rollout of new C&B processes as well as global C&B tools/platforms and frameworks. Utilising your outstanding project management skills, you’ll help move our current C&B Transformation project in the right direction. Serving as C&B Expert for your respective regions and countries, you'll advise stakeholders whenever needed in local C&B projects. We need you to challenge the status quo and bring new and innovative ideas and solutions in the C&B area that will support the compensation culture and philosophy that make our company special.
**VARIABLE PAY STRUCTURES**
You´ll transfer our global bonus philosophy into local country specific short term incentive systems and ensure globally harmonized sales incentive structures in line with global framework.
**VENDOR MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT**
As Senior Manager C&B, you’ll act as expert and main point of contact for HR and management globally in all compensation & benefits related matters. Supporting stakeholders in different countries, you’ll perform compensation audits and train our HR colleagues in global compensation processes and tools. Additionally, you’ll manage relationships to survey providers and ensure accuracy within global market data. Communicating the philosophies and structure that our compensation programs are based upon. Therefore, influencing employee behaviour by pursuing an integrated approach to compensation plan design is crucial. You’ll fully own the Knowledge Management process in Global C&B team and make sure that all necessary global/local C&B guidelines, policies and practices are written in a correct and understandable way and shared within the team, HR or wider Red Bull.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Economics with focus Finance/HR or similar).
Inspiring people manager with a great track record of keeping high team engagement.
Passion for figures but willing to brainstorm about new creative solutions to problems.
Quick learner & a “Can do” attitude with confidence to lead new projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments.
Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude who has a pragmatic approach for problem solving.
Reliable person able to follow through and work on tasks independently.
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3.430,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
