We're a global leader in Enterprise Software, seeking a talented Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Vienna, Austria headquarters. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Worktime: 11:30 to 19:00 / every day.

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution.
- Uphold office security by following protocols and controlling access.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and updating calendars

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with common office equipment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen situations.
