- In this Administrative Assistant (M/F/d) position in our department Regulatory Affairs, Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals you will be responsible for general administrative tasks for the department and for additional tasks related to Operational Excellence for the department.

- Manage calendar Head Global Regulatory Affairs Biopharmaceuticals
- Organization of business travels, meetings and visits
- Activities covering headcount-changes (hiring requests, org charts) incl. regular follow up and monthly reporting
- Office and IT supplies
- Administrate budget (cost center) in Regulatory Affairs Biopharmaceuticals
- Support further financial activities of the department
- Support operational excellence activities like e.g. onboarding of new joiners, strategic planning and reporting, creation of management presentations

**Minimum requirements**

- General qualification for university entrance
- Good communication in English (oral and written) and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration & teamwork - collaborate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring communication lines between all parties are clear and effective

**Desirable requirements**
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with relevant experience in administrative and operational excellence tasks
- Network within Sandoz/Novartis
- Good communication in German (oral and written)
