**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des BTV Intranets inkl. redaktioneller Unterstützung
- Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und -formate wie Townhall Meeting und Brownbag Sessions; Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Formate
- Konzeption und Erstellen zielgruppengerechter Pressearbeit
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Content für die interne und externe Kommunikation inklusive Textkreation
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Kommunikationsabteilungen, Agenturen oder in einer ähnlichen Position
- Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von Themen der Geschäftsleitung
- Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Exzellentes Deutsch in Grammatik, Rechtschreibung und Stil
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft 365 Lösungen
- Grundkenntnisse in Content Management Systemen sowie Bildbearbeitung und Erstellung von Video-Content
