Role Overview

Supplier Capacity Constraint is defined as working proactively with Material Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Suppliers, to identify future capacity issues at supplier manufacturing locations with adverse impact on vehicle production plans. Focus is data-driven analysis to determine when and how production is impacted, and to work closely with Suppliers on containment plans to ensure continuity of supply.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor production plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials required to meet operational requirements.- Collaborate with Purchasing and other departments internal/external to maintain continuity in the supply chain.- Ensure the capacity and flexibility of the supply base is closely followed and reported.- Work closely with Fisker manufacturing material planning to identify capacity constraint issues within the supply base.- Work closely with suppliers to analyze identified capacity issues and lead cross-functional team to develop containment plans.- Develop optimized production schedule recommendations to meet production requirements.- Facilitates daily constraint review meeting to align with production requirements.- Implements replenishment systems to ensure optimum inventory levels to meet on time delivery.- Collaborates with Quality organization on supplier evaluations and performance management via scorecard.- Review any changes in production plans and ensure constrained supplier deliveries will be on-time to meet production schedules.- Develop countermeasure processes to ensure an uninterrupted supply of parts.- Working according to Fisker Inc. principles.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operational supply chain analyst function.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or higher.- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.- Experienced in SAP S4 Hana or other systems for demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.- Previous fast-paced, high volume automotive experience with Material planning.- Driven, self-managed and results oriented.- Strong customer-focus and service mind-set with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.- Solid understanding of Tier 1 supplier operations and risks.
