**Skill Area Manager & TPR Battery Function & Systems f/m/d**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Global technical product responsibility for battery
- Definition and responsibility of technical content for battery series projects
- Technical approval of offers for battery series projects
- Strategic product alignment in coordination with Business Development
- Responsible for the series release recommendation in battery development projects
- Disciplinary management and strategic development of the Battery Functions & Systems department
- Cost planning and cost responsibility for the department
- Active representation of the company through publications and presentations at international conferences
- Establishing and expanding the customer network in the Battery Functions & Systems division
- Personnel and competence development in the specialist area
- Global responsibility for quality, methods and tools in the specialist area
- Ensuring global resource balancing across the development sites

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- At least a Master's degree or equivalent in engineering
- Proven experience in team leadership or middle management
- Sound technical knowledge of cell chemistry and battery systems
- Strong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, goal orientation and self-management
- Self-confidence in dealing with customers and good networking skills
- Strong international customer network
- Fluent in English

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €110.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
