**About You**

As the Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for all Warehouse operations and Logistics services and processes for Flavors __ Division. The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will develop and mantian effective relationships, handle ISO audits, coordinate with local and regional operations, handle complaints, and train transporters.You will have have 10+ years experience (5 years' experience in Warehousing and logistics service is preferred) in managing a manufacturing plant and logstics. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to lead a group of people.

**Job Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally with all supply chain persons of flavors.
2.Responsible for Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics operations of all flavor Depots in India.
3.Handle ISO audit and other audits related to Warehouse activities.
4.Work closely with other functions within the business in order to ensure effective and efficient interdepartmental cooperation
2.investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
3.Handling Warehousing and Logistics related customer complaints.
4.Training and development of Transporters.
5.Contribute to improving business performance as part of the management team.

**Required Skills**:
1.Manage the overall operations outputs to ensure optimum service levels, productivity, cost efficiency and quality
2.Sound knowledge in Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics activities
4.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
5.Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
6.Have good leadership skills
7.Customer and Quality oriented
8.GST/Sales documents
9.Sound knowledge in GST.
10.Reverse logistics.

**Required Experience**:
1.Overall experience of 10+ years (5 years’ experience in Warehousing and logistics service is preferred)
2.Experience in managing a manufacturing plant and logistics ( Multi location Plant handling an advantage)
3.Preferred background experience in food/chemicals/ paints/ FMCG
