Wir suchen einen engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der mit großer Leidenschaft unsere Kunden begeistert. **Das erwartet dich bei uns**:
- Als Supervisor ist es dir wichtig, gemeinsam im Team Herausforderungen zu meistern und die Umsatzziele zu erreichen
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team optimierst du das Verkaufserlebnis für unsere Kunden in deiner Abteilung
- Steigerung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Umsätzen anhand von deinem Wissen über Produkt
- und Sortimentskenntnisse sowie unsere Verkaufstools u.a. zur Kundenbindung
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Store Management über die Entwicklung und KPIs der Abteilung
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller Visual Merchandising Richtlinien und Standards
- Organisation der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern sowie Mitwirken bei Mitarbeitergesprächen unter der Leitung des Store Managers
- Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden inkl. Abwicklung von Retouren und Reklamationen
**Das ist dein Profil**:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft ist wünschenswert
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, triffst Entscheidungen und behältst dabei die langfristigen Ziele deiner Abteilung im Blick
- Du besitzt das Talent, andere zu motivieren und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
- Zu deinen sozialen Kompetenzen gehört ein offenes und aktives Zugehen auf Menschen
- Leidenschaft für Mode im Allgemeinen und unsere Produkte im Speziellen
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Eine hohe Flexibilität sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit an die Bedürfnisse des Business runden Dein Profil ab
