**Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. For our head office in Altenmarkt im Pongau / Salzburg we are seeking at the earliest possible date**:
**DIRECTOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ATOMIC (M/W/D)**

**Globally manage, lead and plan brand supply chain initiatives, policies, processes, and objectives to deliver products on time while maximizing growth and cash flow.**

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Lead and improve continuously the S&OP and S&OE process
- Lead the full chain between factories to customers through directly led functions or group supportfunctions
- Define guidelines to develop and maintain accurate demand and supply forecasting processes,incorporating business intelligence, and forecast information from markets, finance and factories formultiple time horizons and across channels of distribution
- Define the distribution and transportation needs for the brand and partner with group teams to buildstrategic plans that enable efficiency while supporting future growth plans
- Identify and implement opportunities for systems and process improvements, including new platformselections and implementation within the group framework

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- Strength of character: Empathetic, enthusiastic, optimistic, creative, and courageous
- Special abilities: Strong communication and leadership skills and an independent, structured, andsolution-oriented work approach
- Education and work experience: University degree in Business / Supply Chain preferred plus 10-15years of professional experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain in an international industry
- Language: Very good proficiency in German and English
- Passionate about skiing and the greater outdoors

Remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the wood-industry. We offer a corresponding overpayment depending on your personal qualifications and professional experience as well as the development opportunities of a globally operating group of companies.
