IN SHORT:
We are looking for a person with first relevant professional experience that oversees our digital advertising operations for publishers. You will be working with our Business Development Teams, helping them manage their publisher partnerships by actively managing client accounts, overseeing digital campaign management, and providing data analysis to support our arguments.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Project Manager for Ad Tech & Operations for our Publisher development team to join an awesome international team in our Vienna office. You will have an high-impact role that will make you one of the driving forces of our Business Development team.

To be successful, you should be able to manage and develop existing client relations and ensure customer satisfaction. After a proper learning phase you will have to understand the business deeply and extract the most important data and analytics insights from our digital tools to develop our relationships with clients but also to help the leadership team of effectively monitor and develop our business. We are looking for people with background in Digital Marketing, Ad Opererations or Account Management, that are well organized and accomplished at solving problems.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Control and oversee ad platform in partnership with Sales and Product team- Coordinate the account management inside the Business Development team- Lead the day-to-day executing operational efforts related to worldwide advertising activity.- Create, update, and maintain internal technical documentation- Create, update, and maintain internal and external reporting process- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within our portfolio.- Work closely with the Business Development team and Account Management team.- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.- Stay up to date on popularity fluctuations and industry development.

YOUR PROFILE:
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Advertising Tech / Marketing Tech and Ad Ops type roles from agency-side or client-side- Good understanding of the digital world- Good analytical capacity- Experience managing portfolios of B2B Partners, including commercial sense.- Customer service and project management skills.- Aptitude for problem-solving, detail-oriented and able to prioritize.- Good Organization and time management skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Highly organized and focused on solutions.- Excellent English (speaking, reading, and writing) and any other languages are highly valued

Preferred:
- Account Management & AdOps experience and with technical background, management, business and similar- Relevant experience with SaaS businesses and Media knowledge.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
