**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a SEO Specialist you will
- Work together with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Work together with the content team to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
- Recommend data-driven changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Execute all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical strategies
- Build analytics reports, site audits, keyword analysis reports, and competitive analysis reports
- Develop and implement link building strategy

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, computer science graduate or related.
- At least 3 years experience as Search Engine Optimizer with a proven track record of success in developing and executing Search Engine Optimization projects preferably in B2B software industry.
- Profound marketing know-how and understanding of cross-channel in various disciplines
- Practical & hands-on experience with latest Search Engine Optimization Methods and tools knowledge for example Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS and latest AI based tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English

For this position, we differentiate Junior, Expert, and Senior maturity levels. For a full-time position with “Expert” seniority level we offer a starting salary of EUR 48,800 gross/year with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
