Your new adventure
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, planning and organization of national and international major events
Creation and monitoring of budgets, project and time plans, coordination as well as all logistics and infrastructure, including hospitality areas and technical requirements
Selection and management of external service providers, such as agencies, catering, technology, decoration, marketing materials and location providers
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary teams as well as management of PR activities on site
Development of creative activation concepts for sponsors and brand partners
Strategic development of the events
Your experiences and skills
At least 3 to 5 years of explicit professional experience in event management, ideally from major international events in the sports sector
Excellent knowledge of event logistics, budgeting for major events and service provider management as well as excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience in supporting sponsors and partners at an international level
Independent work with a hands-on mentality, strong ability to work in a team, diplomatic skills in dealing with different cultures and stakeholders, but also assertiveness and decisiveness
Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new event concepts
Fluent English, good knowledge of German and another language such as Spanish or Italian is welcome
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, even for several weeks
