**The team you'll be part of**

- People Experience Care team is looking for a People Care Trainee to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This position will give you exposure to working within a People department at a large global organization._

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As People Experience Care Trainee you will be managing day-to-day operations within the human resource shared services center of CPO People Experience Europe (PE) in part time.

People Experience is responsible for employment lifecycle related activities within HR (CPO) such as employment, HR data maintenance and payroll support. Our European team is responsible for more than 40 countries across Europe.

Within PE Care area you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out activities in the following areas:

- Administrative management of employees’ files
- Customer centric support provision of people processes
- Onboarding related task support (mainly following up on hiring documents provision and archiving)
- Exit management documentation support (mainly follow up on exit documents provision and archiving)
- Administrative tasks support of benefits processes
- General document archiving/digitalization
- Additional project support

**Your skills and experience**
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result
- and quality-oriented approach to work
- Good written and oral communication in English language and being comfortable working in a multicultural environment
