NXP is looking for principal software architect with the passion to work on concepts and architectures for highly optimized DSP solutions. Within the UWB systems engineering team you will focus on the definition of concepts and designs of machine learning algorithms

**Responsibilities**:

- Definition of high-performance software implementation concept
- Data architecture and data access concepts within DSP and embedded systems
- Definition of verification and validation test plans

**Required Skills**:

- Technical university degree in electrical engineering or similar (bachelor, master, PhD)
- 7 + years of experience
- Experienced software development on memory constraint systems
- DSP/SIMD CPU architecture and programming models
- Data architectures for SIMD processing
- Software development processes and tool flows
- Software quality and test systems
- Proficient in Software modeling using UML
- Experience with working in interdisciplinary teams
