Internship-digital Transformation

As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will collaborate with our IT & Business Applications team on automizing processes, analyzing new tools, and conducting business analysis to drive efficiency and innovation within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
**Your Tasks**:
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging digital tools and technologies relevant to our industry
- Evaluate and assess the suitability of new and existing tools for our organization's needs
- Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Create documentation and provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize automated processes and new tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and propose digital solutions
**Your Profile**:
- Currently studying and aiming for some work experience
- Strong interest in digital transformation, process automation, tool analysis, and business analysis
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and assess the suitability of new tools and technologies
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- German is a plus, but not necessarily required
