**Process Lead (f/m/d), LM DP SCHAFTENAU NTO, Austria**

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure production support activities are in line with budget targets and defined resources, on time, every time, safely and efficiently.
- Responsible to define and supervise key processes performed at Site and related services received by the NTO organizational units.
- Lead projects to create, implement and continuously improve core processes and standards.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across the Site and in interface with the Global Operations Centers.
- Identify and solve problems enabling smooth production and assure timely execution of all related activities.
- Develop an organizational culture in line with Novartis Values and Behaviors.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Education: University degree in Science or Supply Chain/Economics/Finance, preferably with OPEX background
- Language: English and German fluent
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Biotech Manufacturing, competence in finding solutions to complex topics and stepping into new fields
- Excellent communication and ability to drive business in complex environment linking stakeholders among different locations and functions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams paired with excellent Project Management skills
- High learning agility, proactive mindset paired with hands-on and execution attitude with the ability to drive change and make things happen

For this position the minimum salary is € 63.388.92/year (on a full-time basis).
