**Responsibilities**:
**Profile**:

- A Ph.D. degree and/or postdoctoral experience in Astronomy, Astrophysics or Physics within the last five years.
- Demonstrated excellence in research, with a track record of publications in one of the areas listed above.
- Highly proficient in English, the working language at ISTA.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Multi-project management acumen and a proven team player attitude.
- Experience in working on multidisciplinary projects is a plus.
