**Your Responsibilities**:

- Communication and marketing:

- Assist in creating and implementing communication strategies to promote our digital products and drive user engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for product announcements, newsletters, and social media campaigns
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, product guides, and website content
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user preferences, and competitor activities to inform product positioning
- Training and documentation:

- Help develop training materials and resources for customers, ensuring clear and effective communication of product features and capabilities
- Assist in organizing and conducting virtual and in-person product training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to ensure that product documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly
- Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continually improve training materials and documentation
- Product Support and User Feedback:

- Assist in analyzing user data and metrics to gain insights into product usage and user behavior
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of the user experience across our digital platforms

**Your Profile**:

- Enrolled in or freshly graduating from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A passion for technology and digital products, with an eagerness to learn about power generation business and renewable technologies
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or experience in marketing, content creation, or customer support is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and an analytical mindset is desirable but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content. Knowledge of German is a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.349,14 gross per month (x 14).
