**Operations Director**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Achievement of medium and long term operational targets
- Strategic direction and implementation of the necessary technologies for AT&S China
- Shape and develop production strategy and organization
- Develop annual operating budgets and ensure the operation runs efficiently and within budget
- Derive tactical and operational measures, actions and projects from the company’s strategy. Ensure its implementation
- Determine necessary resource allocation and proper report structure within departments
- Develop and shape the organizations culture in line with the strategy of the local BOM
- Develop challenging operational goals which are tied with company’s defined targets

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of senior production management experience in the printed circuit board industry
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
- Self motivated, ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures
