Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee is looking for Deputy Restaurant Manager (M/F/d)

**What we would like to entrust you with**
- The function as contact person for our international guests, from the welcome to the farewell
- Deputy management, coordination and ensuring a smooth service process in compliance with standards
- Managing, promoting and developing our service team in all work processes, rostering, vacation planning, etc. and training new employees
- Carrying out general administrative activities in the service area
- Professional complaint management and processing guest correspondence
- Ensuring a smooth service process in compliance with standards

**Job Requirements**
- You have completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel industry in upscale gastronomy / completed hotel management school
- You have several years of professional experience in the restaurant sector of the luxury hotel industry and have preferably already held a management position
- Ideally, you are already familiar with the “Novacom” POS system and the “Opera” hotel software
- You have extensive and well-founded specialist knowledge in the food and beverage sector
- You are familiar with MS Office products as a matter of course
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
- You are passionate about being a host and have excellent manners and a very well-groomed appearance
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and absolute professionalism
- You impress with your guest and service-oriented working style
- You are committed in your actions and have a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
