**hydraulic** and
**industrial hoses **worldwide. We are Europe's largest hose producer with plants in Austria and Czech Republic and our global sites in China and Thailand. Significant ongoing investments into R&D provide us with continually improving quality and products highly adapted for todays markets.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Product Manager to join our team at Semperit. As a Commercial Product Manager, you will play a vital role in the acquisition of new customers and the increase of Share of Wallet (SoW) at existing customers. Working closely with our Global Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing effective product offerings and pricing strategies, utilizing pricing intelligence and market research to maximize our market knowledge.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Pricing and pricing intelligence: Set and monitor customer prices based on market prices and defined contribution margin limits. Implement and maintain a global competitor price mirror.
- Business Development and Market intelligence: Conduct market research to enhance our market knowledge and provide the Sales Funnel with new pools and leads. Collaborate closely with the Global Sales Team using our CRM tool.
- Sales excellence: Improve and maintain our existing Sales Tool CRM to increase sales process efficiency. Serve as a CRM key user.
- Execution of initiatives: Collaborate with the global Sales Team to increase SoW at defined target customers. Take direct responsibility for customer engagement and approach.

**Commercial Product Management**:
a) Troubleshoot and make day-to-day business decisions.

b) Collaborate with Heads of Sales and Global Planning for sales forecasting.

c) Regularly conduct Product Management Initiatives (PMI) and set actionable goals.

**Purpose and Subject of Interaction with Internal/External Key Contacts**:

- Heads of Commercial (HoC), Heads of Sales (HoS), Sales, and Product Management teams: Collaborate on pricing intelligence and proper price setting to achieve commercial goals.
- Technical Product Management and Sales Team: Ensure proper product offering for customer inquiries and transfer market and product requirements for new business development.
- Direct customer contact: Engage with defined target and dangerous accounts to secure and defend SoW.
- Global Planning and Operations: Collaborate on forecasting, product transfers, and troubleshooting.

**Challenges with regard to Innovation and Change**:

- Identify and address changed market and customer requirements through improvement initiatives.
- Identify and transfer market trends and new products/services into the organization.
- Drive market introduction initiatives for new products.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Technical or economical education (University/FH).
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B with an industrial background.
- Business fluent in English. German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (15%)

**Location**: 2632 Wimpassing (70 km south of Vienna)

**Gross Salary**: From €75,000 (full-time) according to the collective agreement, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
