Sales Trainee

Hitachi Energy’s Global Sales Trainee Program aims to jumpstart your career with a totally unique journey within Hitachi Energy’s various Sales functions. It will take you through three 6-month long work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with you establishing yourself in a permanent position with Hitachi Energy.
Your journey as a full-time and permanent employee at Hitachi Energy will lead you through customized assignments, tailored to both you and the business. Throughout this experience, you will encounter different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our various finance teams.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with local and regional teams within the Sales community to drive the energy transition in Europe-
- Gain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solution portfolio-
- Active participation in training to improve personnel technical skills-
- Understanding of our business unit strategies-
- Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor-
- You will believe in a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Innovation. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages all voices to share their unique perspectives and fuel innovation.-
- Understanding of our company and BU strategies-

- Master's degree electrical engineering, business engineering and software engineering-
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage.-
- International mobility required for your assignments,-
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills-
- A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback-
- A positive attitude with an innovative, creative and customer-oriented mindset**More about us**:
You can expect a challenging and varied role in an international environment. You will work in a dynamic team with flexible working hours. We offer a very high level of training, performance-related pay, various social benefits, and the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
This position offers a minimum base salary according to the CBA (employees in the electrical industry) starting at EUR 3.409,59 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to negotiating a higher salary than the amount set forth in the CBA.
