Seven North is a restaurant located in Vienna’s vibrant 7th District who’s designed by the celebrated chef Eyal Shani. Pulling inspiration from mainly Mediterranean, French, German and Italian cuisines, our chefs create pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared. As Eyal Shani says: “feel free and feel the love” in our spontaneous, passionate restaurant. We strive to offer our guests the best experience possible and we love to demonstrate our passion for the culinary world through our food, service and hospitality.

**This is what you're going to do**

As a part of the restaurant team, you will work closely with the restaurant manager and shift leaders. You will offer the guest an experience of a life time, from the moment they arrive until they leave. Making sure all guests feel at home, guide them through their visit and provide them with the best service. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people with relevant experience and a shared passion for food and beverage. Someone who loves to work in a loud, fast paced and high volume environment.

**This is why your new job is challenging**

You have to learn to navigate diverse clientele, so that the guests expectations are met. You must have a full understanding of who we are and what we offer in order to explain in full detail to guests when required. On the spot decision making with the guests best interests in mind.

As a host you must enjoy helping others. You should be someone who feels confident that you can answer all guests questions & the one stop shop for all guests needs - answer the phone, accommodating special requests, going to extra mile to make our guests experience a memorable night.

- Eager to make your guests happy.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, can quickly establish credibility and respect and perform well at building strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English. Other languages including German are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multi-lingual and cultural environment.

Gross monthly salary: minimum of EUR 1800,00€ for 40 hours per week (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).

Seven North offers excellent primary and secondary working conditions, training and development program and employee discounts. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
