**YOUR TASKS**:
You are responsible for the planning, organization and execution of all banquet and conference events as well as the utilization of our 350 m² and 6 room banquet area. As a direct contact person for all event organizers and corporate clients, you give your best to realize individual event requests and to inspire our customers. You are adept at harmonizing the hotel's service portfolio with the wishes and ideas of our customers. On the day of the event it is a matter of course for you to carry out the welcome and farewell with the respective feedback talks. Furthermore, you check the event invoices for correctness and completeness before check-out. You will respond to complaints professionally and in accordance with our internal standards.

**WE EXPECT**:

- a completed apprenticeship or training in tourism or hotel management
- several years of practical experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy is advantageous
- very good knowledge of German and English
- very good MS Office knowledge, OPERA knowledge advantageous
- strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with international guests
- Enthusiasm for the service profession
