Wir suchen für unser Team in Wien die Unterstützung eines Transportation Specialists für die Buchung und Verwaltung des gesamten Reservierungs
- und Abwicklungsprozesses für Bus-, Flug
- und Bahntransfers unserer Gäste von zu Hause zum Schiff.

Aufgaben
- Verwaltung des gesamten Reservierungs
- und Abwicklungsprozesses für Bus-, Flug
- und Bahntransfers sowie Koordinieren und Lösen von IT-Problemen bezüglich der Buchungsfähigkeit von Transportprodukten auf internen und externen Plattformen
- Buchung von Bahntickets nach Kundenwunsch, Ticket
- und Rechnungsabwicklung sowie Ausstellung und Überwachung des Verkaufserfolgs des entsprechenden Transportprodukts
- Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Absatzsteigerung und Kundensensibilisierung der verfügbaren Transportprodukte
- Release-Management von Transportprodukten basierend auf Vertragsbedingungen in Übereinstimmung mit der Preisgestaltung
- Unterstützung bei operativen ad-hoc Kundenanfragen, Unterstützung von Gästen bei Sonderanfragen zu bereitgestellten Transportdiensten, einschließlich der Verfolgung von verlorenem Gepäck

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Transportreservierungen und Ticketing, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) und Computer Reservations System (CRS)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Hervorragende Amadeus-Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Fähigkeit, durch fundierte Produktkenntnisse persönliche Glaubwürdigkeit aufzubauen und professionelle interne und externe Beziehungen zu pflegen
- Fähigkeit zum Multitasking, Priorisieren und effektivem Zeitmanagement
- Self-Starter mit dynamischer Arbeitseinstellung und großem Sinn und Gespür für Dringlichkeit
