Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- **Technische Verantwortung **der Stabilität und Ausbeute von Halbleiterprodukten definierter Technologien in einer hochmodernen Halbleiterfertigung
- **Lösen von technischen Herausforderungen **bestehender Technologien bzw. sowie die **Sicherstellung deren Fertigbarkeit **nach dem Stand der Technik
- **Koordination von Prozessverbesserungen und Potentialen **hinsichtlich integrativer Aspekte (Wechselwirkung von Prozessschritten in der Halbleiterfertigung bzw. Auswirkung einzelner Prozesse auf die Funktionsweise von definierten Technologien
- Sicherung der **Infineon-Qualitätssstandards**:

- Unterstützung der **Fehlersuche **und der **Identifikation der Ursache von Prozess
- und Qualitätsabweichungen **sowie **Definition von Abstellmaßnahmen**:

- Sicherstellung eines **aktiven Wissensmanagements **(Aufbau, Austausch und Transfer) innerhalb des Fachgebietes und mit anderen Infineon Standorten
- **Mitwirkung an Technologie
- und Produktentwicklungsprojekten **in der Rolle als Experte für die Fertigbarkeit von neuen Technologie und Produkten

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie:

- einen **Hochschulabschluss **eines technisch / naturwissenschaftlichen Studium wie **Physik, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Elektrotechnik, Mathematik, Mechatronik **oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung mitbringen
- Grundkenntnisse in der **Halbleiterphysik **und in **physikalisch chemischen Analysemethoden **haben
- über eine struk **turierte Arbeitsweise **und **faktenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung **verfügen
- fließend **Deutsch **und **Englisch **sprechen
