**TRAINEE PROGRAM Asset Management**:

***Your Mission as Trainee**:

- You will learn on-the-job and participate in interesting projects
- You will undergo a well-structured learning path along your rotation journey
- You will work together with experts in the areas
- You will get the chance to gain international work experience in our entity in Italy
- You will contribute to the success of Raiffeisen Capital Management and benefit form the trainee community

***Your core competencies**:

- You have recently finished or are about to finish your Bachelor's or Master's degree in the financial area
- You are eager to kickstart your career in Asset Management
- You are fluent in English and have at least an intermediate level of proficiency in German
- You have already gained practical experience during your studies (e.g. internships, )
