Starte deine Karriere im Retail Management und unterstütze uns, unsere Marke NAME IT noch stärker zu machen. Sei damit verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Sicherstellung des vollen Potenzials unseres Konzepts unserer wachsenden Kindermarke.

**Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst damit**:
Aufstellung der optimalen Länderstrategie auf der Grundlage der Gesamtstrategie von NAME IT mit Berücksichtigung folgenden Felder:

- Mitarbeiterleistung, Produktleistung und Gewinn
- und Verlustleistung
- Beschaffungsstrategie (Planung und Verwaltung des Mobiliars, Einkauf)
- Aktivitätenplan und Sicherstellung von Marketing
- und Merchandising-Richtlinien
- Omni-Channel-Initiativen
- Personalplanung: kluges Recruiting, Förderung von Talenten, Schärfung des Profils der Filialleiter, Ausbildungspläne, smarte Einsatzpläne, Definition der Mitarbeiterziele
- Expansionsplan in Kooperation mit unserem Headoffice in Dänemark: Definition neuer Standorte inklusive Wachstumspotentialanalysen, Fünf Jahres Budget, Renovationspläne

**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung in diversen Positionen in Retail
- Erfahrung in People & Lead
- Performance und fundiertes Hintergrundwissen hierzu
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der KPI’s wie Umsatz, GM und Kostenprozentsätze oder Lagerumschlag sowie die Fähigkeit, unsere Prozesse anhand der KPIs zu optimieren
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation, um alle Aufgaben und den Support für die Filialen abzudecken.
- Service Orientierung auf dem höchsten Niveau und Fähigkeit ein Role Model für unsere Mitarbeiter zu sein.
- Hands-On-Mentalität, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Freude, in einem kreativen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
