Product Lead

**Company Description**:
**MyGroove is the first App where one can learn and play instruments in a band with renowned artists and improve their skills.**
As a key member of our team, you'll lead the transformation of our product. You'll collaborate with a talented team of designers, developers, musicians, and marketing professionals to deliver outstanding user experiences that drive conversions and increase retention
**Re-shape Product Vision and Roadmap**
You'll adjust the product based on changes shown by A/B tests with users. Find and prioritize new market and product opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
**User Advocacy**
In this role, you'll be the main advocate for our users, understanding their needs and how they use our product in a fun and engaging way.
**Target Achievement & KPI Management**
You'll also manage key performance indicators related to content, user engagement, and other important metrics. You'll also be expected to meet product goals by effectively prioritizing, evaluating, and executing tasks, and managing the implementation schedule.
**Performance Analysis**
Last but not least, you'll work with a data analyst to evaluate the performance of developed features, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in product management in the mobile app business
Strong project management skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Passion for music and education, with a focus on user-centric design
A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our product and the satisfaction of our users.
