We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a

**Complaints Handling Specialist**

**What you can expect**:

- Collect and document customer complaint information
- Organize and track complaint investigations
- Conduct accurate technical assessments of complaints to identify root causes
- Assist the Product Support Officer (PSO) in reporting to authorities
- Collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to address customer concerns effectively
- Gain valuable experience in analyzing complaint data to identify trends regarding products and defects

**What we expect**:

- High school level education with preferable technical focus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative function
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good MS-Office Skills
- Optional: SAP Experience and Hungarian Language Skills

**Location**:Wimpassing (Lower Austria, 70km south from Vienna)

**Gross monthly salary**: minimum € 3.000;
- (according to the collective agreement, full-time), with the potential for overpayment depending on professional qualifications and experience
