As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for Business Analyst/Demand Manager at various seniority levels.

The new established Demand Management Unit plays a vital role in the Transformation of Kommunalkredit's IT Landscape.

The objectives of the role is to be the bridge between business requirements and IT to ensure that IT services and projects are effectively aligned with business objectives and strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first and dedicated point of contact (Single Point of Contact, SPOC) for internal IT customers, providing proactive IT consulting to the specialist departments.
- Act as an interface between IT and the specialist departments, understanding business needs and advising on IT services and technical innovations.
- Record, coordinate, consolidate, and evaluate requirements, providing technical translation as necessary.
- Create solution concepts and recommendations, along with technical design support (rough concept).
- Coordinate the technical concept with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary studies and feasibility analyses.
- Provide end-to-end support for demands throughout the implementation process and ensure effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Open-minded and enjoys working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility and demonstrating a desire to create solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Informatics or an equivalent technical degree.
- Relevant certifications, such as in Requirements Engineering, Scrum Master, or Solution Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Financial Services IT organization/department, IT, consulting, or IT service provider.

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros. Additionally, we offer numerous benefits, including a job ticket, meal vouchers, flexible working hours, and opportunities for further training.
