Your mission
- Develop new processes starting at lab scale to industrial processes:

- Cellulose fiberline
- and bleach plant operations
- Papermaking operations
- Collaborate with our international research partners
- Collaborate with our international mills and OEMs
- Identify new process designs and perform pre-feasibility test at lab scale
- Confirm lab results within tests at pilot units or at large scale industrial operations
- Prepare business cases together with our mills and their customers
- Implement new technologies together with mills and hand over to routine production

**Profile**:

- Degree in a technical discipline, preferred in chemical engineering
- More than 3 years’ experience in operation of Paper production is an advantage
- Advanced understanding of chemical process
- Professional experience in the pulp and paper industry is beneficial
- Readiness to spend time onsite at our mills
- Excellent command of English, additional language advantageous
- Ability to handle several projects in parallel and strong team-oriented working manner
- Ability to navigate and deliver results in a matrix organization and act as a liaison between corporate function, regions and plants

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Mondi Neusiedler, Ulmerfeld-Hausmening
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
