In this exciting role you will ensure optimize the supply of 50+ products, connect with stakeholders across the globe and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s success.

**Key responsibilities**
- Actively manage relationships with partners - share ongoing forecast, follow up on confirmed orders, request documentation etc.
- Maintain constant communication with international colleagues - regulatory, marketing, logistics
- Consolidation of stock reports from multiple global warehouses
- Forecasting and supply planning for 50+ finished products based on sales, lead times, raw material requirements, expiry dates etc.
- Ordering - Prepare artwork, raw materials, optimal batch split, confirm costs & lead times
- Organize customs clearance and transport of goods
- Searching for new partners - getting quotes, negotiating, reviewing, and signing contracts
- Be proactive - make suggestions, notice trends, suggest improvements, preempt potential problems, find creative solutions

**Skills**
- MSc/BSc, preferably in supply chain management or similar
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Affinity for numbers and excel
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Stress-resistant, friendly, and high level of social competence
- Advanced verbal and written English skills
- German language skills not required
