das irgendwie gleichzeitig mehr nach TikTok aussehen lassen? Dort kennst du dich eh besser aus als

ich...."

Wer hört das nicht gerne? Genau. Nicht gerne. Als Art Direktor weisst du sehr genau, welche Font du im Kopf hast, noch bevor du das Layout beginnst, was mobile und was dort nicht funktioniert. Du hast eine hohe Affinität für klare Formensprache, Zeilenumbrüche, animierte GIFs und könntest 3 Stunden mit jedem Regisseur über eine Kameraeinstellung sprechen, hast aber genug Erfahrung, um zu wissen, dass das vor dem Dreh passieren muss und nicht währenddessen. Du hast Agenturerfahrung, auf großen und kleinen Brands gearbeitet und keine Angst anzuecken, wenn es der Sache dient.

**VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**
- Design und Kreation von Markenerlebnissen mit Schwerpunkt auf ATL-Kampagnen, digitalen & Online Kampagnen und Social Media Kanäle.
- Du erstellst Offline
- und interaktiven Designarbeiten vom Konzept bis zur Lieferung.
- Eigenständige Entwicklung, Design & Animation von Headlines, Sublines, Claims, Bildern, Layouts, Mockups und Werbemittel. für 360° Kampagnen und Projekte.
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Contentformaten.
- Durchführung von internen und externen Workshops und Design-Sprints.
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen.
- Kreatives Arbeiten unter Anleitung des Executive Creative Directors.

**ANFORDERUNGEN**
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahr Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Werbebranche, bei einer Agenturen oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
- Du verstehst Marken, ihre Rolle in der modernen Gesellschaft und wie ihre Kultur und ihr Geschäft für die Verbraucher:innen relevant sein müssen.
- Du begeisterst dich für alle digitalen Disziplinen, von Web und Social Media bis hin zu Content und digitaler Technologie.
- Du hast viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit Adobe CC-Anwendungen. Motion Design ist ein Plus.
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, konzeptionelle Moodboards und digitale und soziale Medieninhalte zu erstellen.
- Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an dich selbst.
- Du bist social fit und kennst dich aber auch in der klassischen Werbewelt aus.
- Du hast eine proaktive, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Trends und den aktuellen Zeitgeist mit.
- Du bist super motiviert und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in.
- Du hast ein Auge für Details und Leidenschaft für die perfekte User Experience.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung kleiner Teams, professionelle Führung und/oder Entwicklung von Designer:innn sind von Vorteil. Du hast hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
