Most of our customers live with insulin-dependent diabetes. Everyday life with diabetes is often tedious and exhausting - and that's exactly what motivates our work at mySugr. Always driven by our motto to "make diabetes suck less," we develop award-winning apps, integrate medical devices into our products, and work with health insurance companies and industry partners to make life with diabetes a bit better. **Here's what we're looking for**:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about their/your job, and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organisation. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, curious, dedicated to making a difference and open to constant development. This is a role where you, as a talented individual, have the opportunity to step up and take on significant responsibility in identifying, driving and successfully implementing business continuity and sustainability projects.

**Essential skills for your mission**:

- Passion to gain experience in sustainability and business continuity projects, specially directed to a software agile company
- Great reliability, integrity and discretion
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational talent and a high level of accuracy
- Proactive learner with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Native level written and verbal communication in English
- Great skills in reporting
- and documentation activities
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

**Bonus skills**:

- Knowledge and/or experience of Business Continuity
- Knowledge on topics important for Sustainability in a company
- Knowledge of Agile Software companies
- Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
- Experience working in startup environments
- Tech-savvy
