As part of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s fast-growing Pharma Services business, the Linz, Austria team features more than 700 colleagues, including 100 R&D professionals, dedicated to customized manufacturing of active ingredients (APIs) in all phases for emerging and global pharmaceutical clients.

**Project Manager (M/F/d), **API Manufacturing**

**How will you make an impact?**

As the personal point of contact for the customer you act as hub for all internal stakeholders. You are responsible for the successful delivery of the business goals in accordance with all regulations regarding Safety, Quality and Compliance.

**What** will **you** do?**
- Lead and manage business projects for the development of new synthesis and products
- Continuous alignment with clients during production campaign execution
- Management of cross functional product teams
- Ensure supply on time in full against customer demand
- Continuously improve cost and quality of the production process
- Escalation management, monitoring and steering of project resources

**How will you get there?**
- Advanced degree in Science or Engineering; (Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Continuous improvement experience (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma) in a regulated environment
- Leadership personality with strong reliability and self-confidence
- Project Management know-how / tools / standards / certificate / work-experience
- High Learning agility / flexibility
- Top communicator as well in English as in German
- Experienced with customer interaction; Business acumen / financial understanding
