Who you are

In this role you take responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality

in execution:

- You have experience in retail and/or logistics buisness.
- You have excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools. Ideally, you have experience in customer order, range and/or replenishment administration systems.
- You are capable to analyze business challenges self-driven, get down to the root courses for them and find solutions.
- You understand the customer needs and expectations in our new omnichannel retail environment, with customer enjoying to visit our stores to immediately shop there or online - or both at the same time.
- You have a collaborative mind-set and you understand that working together with colleagues is the key for success.
- You understand the value of Key Performance Indicators and how to work with them, to improve our business results for the benefit of our customers.
- You speak fluentyl german and english on a daily basis.

**Your responsibilities**

In this position you will have a wide variety of tasks like being responsible to:

- secure a smooth range change process with the old range being sold out in time, to makes space for the new range and then subsequently ensure that the new range is made available to our customers; this is including working with relevant tools for range administration.
- secure, that our products are available in all our stores and distribution centers. This is mainly done by monitoring forecasts and the order flow between suppliers and our units; various systems and tools are utilized.
- in case of availability challenges connect with stakeholders, to detect root courses (supplier capacity, transport capacity etc.) and find solutions to solve the challenges; inform all concerned colleagues about the outcome.
- participate in projects and other initiatives concerning replenishment (for example new store or distribution center build-ups, store rebuilds etc.)
- contribute to constantly improve our ways of working within your own function, for total AT or in collaboration with our Group Functions on global level.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2.775;
- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
