Scrum Master

Hence we are looking for a team member to make sure agile methodology is applied and adhered to, facilitating daily meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. **Your key contributions**:

- Help the development team to create high value products: coach and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Schedule & facilitate Agile events, meetings, and decision-making processes as requested or needed
- Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments and clear blocking issues
- Assess progress and performance and help teams to bring improvements: provide status reporting to stakeholders
- Support the Product Owner in finding techniques for effective product backlog management and monitor objectives fulfilment
- Follow up testing activity, ensuring that releases are deployed successfully
- Track project plans and ensure you meet deliverables

**Experience and skills we value**:

- Strong working knowledge of the agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, Design Thinking or DevOps)
- Familiarity with software development (or university degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent)
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Strong people and project management skills: ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
- Sound practical experience in using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence

**The minimum monthly salary starts from 4000 € gross. The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience and it will be discussed in the interviews.
